Will there be any light failed working during warranty period?

As a factory, we do our utmost to ensure the stability of product quality. 99.7% of our lighting fixtures will not have quality issues during the warranty period. However, due to the use of electronic components within the products, there is still a defect rate of three thousandths.

How to claim quality issue within warranty time?

If a product has a quality issue within the first 3 years of use, we will provide a new set of products for free replacement. From the 3rd to the 5th year of use, we will offer free spare parts for customers to perform simple repairs. For those that cannot be repaired, we will also provide a complete product for replacement.

How to claim quality issue beyond warranty time?

For product quality issues that occur after 5 years, we are still willing to help customers resolve them, but a certain fee will be charged. The specifics need to be discussed with our after-sales staff.

Situations which cannot claim quality problem:

  • Out of Warranty: If the product is beyond the manufacturer's warranty period;
  • Improper Use: Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or operation;
  • Unauthorized Modification/Repair: Tampering or repair by unauthorized personnel;
  • Environmental Factors:Damage caused by extreme conditions like temperature, humidity, corrosion, natural disasters;
  • Normal Wear and Tear:Natural wear from regular use over time;
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, fading, etc., not considered quality issues;
  • Software Issues: Software malfunctions or compatibility issues not caused by hardware;
  • Lost or Stolen: Products that are lost or stolen;
  • Non-Original Accessories: Use of non-original or non-recommended parts causing damage;
  • Damaged Product Identification: If serial numbers or other identifiers are erased, altered, or damaged.
